HArmonyCa
HArmonyCa™ at M Clinic London®
Are you looking for a refreshed, lifted look that still feels like you? HarmonyCa™ is a next-generation injectable designed to address multiple signs of facial ageing with just one treatment. It combines two well-known ingredients – hyaluronic acid for immediate, subtle volume enhancement and calcium hydroxyapatite to stimulate your own collagen production – to make your skin look firmer, tighter and more lifted over time.
The dual action of HArmonyCa™ is what sets it apart: you can leave the clinic looking fresher straight away, while the collagen-supporting phase gets to work beneath the surface to enhance results over time. At M Clinic London, we incorporate HArmonyCa™ into bespoke treatment plans that consider facial anatomy and proportion, and most importantly, your goals.

What HArmonyCa™ actually is – and how it works
HarmonyCa™ is a hybrid dermal filler containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), with lidocaine added for comfort. The HA component restores lost volume immediately after injection, creating a gentle lifting effect and softening areas where skin has thinned and tissue has depleted, making contours appear flatter.
The CaHA microspheres then act as a biostimulatory scaffold to prompt the production of fresh collagen in the treated areas. This improves skin quality, density and firmness over the following months. Clinical imaging and elastography studies have demonstrated improvements in tissue density and viscoelasticity as the treated areas integrate and remodel. For patients, this translates into skin that looks and feels better supported, with improved tension and a more harmonious profile.
Who it’s for
If you’ve noticed your cheek lines deepening or your lower-face contours softening, and you have a general sense that your skin looks less firm than it used to, HArmonyCa™ is something you may wish to discuss. It is particularly suited for the mid- and lower face, where restoring structure and lift can make the most significant visual difference. Many patients opt for this treatment when they want a natural-looking, non-surgical lift with minimal downtime and ongoing improvements as collagen is produced.
As with any injectable treatment, suitability is individual. Certain medical conditions, medications, and life stages (including pregnancy and breastfeeding) may make it inappropriate for everyone, so a careful consultation is essential to make a safe and informed choice. Our clinicians will consider your goals, skin quality, and timeline to determine the best approach for you, whether that be HArmonyCa™, classic HA fillers, skin boosters, or a combination of these.

Your consultation at M Clinic London®
Every treatment begins with a thorough clinical evaluation, photographs, and a discussion about the areas that concern you the most. We analyse how volume, ligament support and skin quality interact with each other in your face, and then agree on a plan that prioritises achieving balance rather than making isolated ‘fixes’.
HArmonyCa™ already contains lidocaine, so most patients find the treatment comfortable. However, we can apply a topical anaesthetic or cooling agent if necessary. We will explain the expected benefits, what the collagen stimulation phase involves, how the results tend to evolve and where HArmonyCa™ fits into a broader plan that may also include neuromodulators, classic fillers or energy-based therapies at appropriately spaced intervals. The emphasis is always on clarity, consent, and working at a pace that suits you.
What happens on the day
On the day of the treatment, we will cleanse and mark the treatment areas before placing the HArmonyCa™ product into the deep dermal or sub-dermal plane using needle and/or cannula techniques that are suited to your anatomy. Small entry points are carefully created to minimise bruising, and the product is precisely layered to provide lift rather than simply ‘inflating’ volume. You will see gentle improvements straight away from the HA phase, and your skin may feel slightly tighter as initial hydration takes effect.
Most people return to work or their usual activities on the same day, experiencing only mild redness or tenderness at the injection sites. As always, we will give you a personalised aftercare plan and arrange a follow-up appointment to review your progress and photographs as the collagen-stimulating phase begins.

Aftercare and recovery
You can expect mild redness, swelling, tenderness or itching around the injection sites during the first two days; any swelling will usually settle within a week. For the first twenty-four hours, we advise taking it easy. Avoid strenuous exercise, intense sun or cold, sunbeds and saunas. Use a cool compress if you feel sore. If you notice small, transient bumps on the surface, a gentle fingertip massage can help.
We can demonstrate the correct technique if needed, and we are always available to offer advice. Keep the area clean and avoid pressing on it or sleeping face down for the first night. Follow any personalised guidance we give you at the clinic. If anything doesn’t feel right, contact us promptly so we can check and reassure you.
Results – what to expect and how long they last
Patients like HArmonyCa™ because its effects are both immediate and progressive. Thanks to the HA component, you leave the clinic looking subtly lifted, and over the following weeks, the CaHA-driven collagen response supports firmer, tighter-feeling skin. In clinical evaluations, objective measures of lift and tissue quality improved from the outset and were maintained throughout the follow-up period, with high levels of patient satisfaction reported.
HArmonyCa™ is designed to address multiple signs of ageing in a single treatment session, with improvements building as collagen is produced over the following months. As with all medical aesthetics, individual responses vary, so we will discuss what is realistic for your face and the frequency of any future maintenance treatments.

Safety, comfort and eligibility
HarmonyCa™ contains lidocaine to enhance patient comfort during treatment. In post-marketing and clinical studies, it has been well tolerated, with low rates of treatment-related side effects. Nevertheless, it remains a prescription-only medical device that should only be administered by trained practitioners, and it isn’t suitable for everyone. During the consultation, we will take a full medical history, review medications and allergies, and explain the potential risks, enabling you to make an informed decision.
Adults over eighteen are eligible for consideration. We do not treat anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and we may recommend deferring treatment if you have had certain skin procedures until it is clinically sensible to proceed. If you experience any side effects after leaving the clinic, please inform us. UK patients can also report suspected adverse events via the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
Why choose M Clinic London for HArmonyCa™
M Clinic London® is a calm, clinician-led space where facial anatomy, safety and aesthetics come first. We plan treatments conservatively, use evidence-based products and place them with soft hands and precise intent. You’ll never be rushed, and you’ll always understand the why as well as the what. Our follow-up is rigorous because results matter most when they last – and because your face deserves that level of care. If HArmonyCa™ is right for you, we’ll agree on a timeline that respects how collagen naturally develops so you enjoy the most from each step.
